Our Standards

"If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles."
— Matthew 5:41

The second mile is where the real work happens — the harder questions, the missed angles, the unglamorous craft. That's what partners do.

Veridax Forge exists to put people in a better position — through truth, dignity, and honest commerce. Every validation produced is shaped by that foundation, whether the founder shares our worldview or not.

How we partner

Engage. Establish. Equip. Empower.

Veridax Forge isn't a gatekeeper handing down verdicts — it's a partnership. We walk the four stages with you, every time.

  1. Stage 1

    Engage

We listen first. Your idea, your context, your constraints — no assumptions, no flattery.

  2. Stage 2

    Establish

We pressure-test the evidence: the problem, the market, the feasibility — in five guided steps.

  3. Stage 3

    Equip

You leave with a clear verdict — PERSEVERE, TEST FIRST, or PIVOT — and the three next things to do.

  4. Stage 4

    Empower

If you want to move further, our likeminded communities are ready to further validate, and professionals give specific professional input - GO BUILD

Who's behind Veridax Forge

A partnership team. An engine. Likeminded Communities. A bench of professionals.

Veridax Forge is a partnership — not a gatekeeper. A named AI Validation Engine drafts every verdict; a likeminded community further validates; and a founding bench of vetted professionals (chartered accountants, wealth managers, entrepreneurs) is on call when a verdict needs human professional sign off.

Layer 1 · The partnership

Engage → Empower

Four stages, one relationship. We walk the journey with you instead of handing down a verdict from on high.

Layer 2 · The engine

AI Validation Engine

Five guided steps, one verdict. Built to be ruthless about evidence and kind about delivery.

Layer 3 · The bench

Founding Professional Bench and Likeminded Communities

A small, vetted group of credentialed professionals on call for the 20-minute follow-ups that turn a verdict into a decision.

The promise

  • Honesty over flattery. If your idea will cost more than it earns, we will tell you this week, not after you've spent the money.
  • The cheapest credible path to truth. Customer interviews before paid ads. A landing page before a custom build. We will not recommend spend you don't need.
  • Dignity for the people you serve. Validation isn't just whether something can sell — it's whether the people on the other side of the transaction will be better off.

What we will decline to validate

A narrow, concrete list: pornography or sexual exploitation, human trafficking, scams and deception-as-product, content engineered to defraud, and products whose primary value is harming a third party. For ideas in this list we will not produce a verdict — we will instead offer to help you rework the underlying skill or asset into something honorable.

For ideas that are legal but ethically loaded (predatory lending, addictive design, high-pressure sales), we will still run the full validation — but we will name the stewardship concern plainly and suggest a more dignified framing of the same business.

Every report ends with one of three alignment recommendations: Offer, Rework, or Discourage. We apply the 12 principles honestly, including when the answer is uncomfortable — so a venture can be commercially strong (PERSEVERE) and still receive Discourage on alignment. We will never refuse you service over a Discourage; you get the full paid report and decide. We judge the product, never the person, and never the people your idea would serve.

What we will not do

  • We are not partisan. We do not label ideas, founders, or markets with political ideology. We serve founders across the spectrum. The standard is harm vs. dignity, not left vs. right.
  • We evaluate every idea through a Biblical lens. I do not affirm twisted sexual or other ideologies or any practice I understand to be immoral or ungodly. Anyone is free to present their idea, but one of the possible verdicts will be a clear, Scripture‑based response on whether the model, product, or strategy aligns with Biblical truth.

The 12 principles behind the verdict

Adapted from Dennis Peacocke's Doing Business God's Way. These quietly shape every answer the platform gives, and they appear explicitly in the final report.

  1. 1. Second Mile Mentality

    Matthew 5:41

Go further than the brief. The work that isn't asked for is often the work that matters most.

  2. 2. Golden Rule in Business

    Luke 6:31

Treat customers, suppliers and staff the way you'd want a business to treat you.

  3. 3. Profit with Purpose

    Mark 8:36

Money is a tool, not the destination. Profit is the fuel for the mission, not the mission itself.

  4. 4. Integrity in Communication

    Matthew 5:37

Plain yes, plain no. Marketing, pricing and promises should match reality.

  5. 5. From Owner to Steward

    Matthew 25:23

You manage the business; you don't ultimately own it. Decisions are made as a steward, not a king.

  6. 6. Sowing and Reaping

    2 Corinthians 9:6

Invest in customers, people and craft generously. Thin sowing produces thin harvests.

  7. 7. Believing for the Impossible

    Ephesians 3:20

Faith-sized goals over fear-sized goals — held with humility, not hype.

  8. 8. Multi-Generational Thinking

    Proverbs 13:22

Build something worth inheriting. Short-term wins that mortgage the future are not wins.

  9. 9. Seek First the Kingdom

    Matthew 6:33

Order matters: character, then craft, then customers, then cash.

  10. 10. Developing People

    Ephesians 2:10

Grow the people around you. A business is a discipleship environment whether you intend it or not.

  11. 11. Strategic Investment

    Matthew 6:21

Where you put your money and time reveals what you actually believe matters.

  12. 12. Working for “Well Done”

    Colossians 3:23

Excellent work done quietly for an audience of One outlasts work done loudly for applause.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." — Colossians 3:23
