Cancellation Policy

Overview
You can cancel a Veridax Forge subscription or recurring plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not, by itself, refund past payments. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.
How to cancel
You have three ways to cancel:
- From your account — sign in and go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Email us — write to support@veridax.co.za from the email address used at purchase. We will cancel on your behalf within 2 business days and confirm by email.
- Through our payment processor — use the self-service portal linked in your original purchase receipt to cancel directly.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep full access until that date and will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases are not subscription-based, so there is nothing to cancel. If you would like a refund on a one-time purchase, please see our Refund Policy.
Free trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancelling during a trial ends access immediately at the end of the trial period.
Effect on your data
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or submissions. Your data is retained in line with our Privacy Notice. To export or delete your data, email support@veridax.co.za.
Payment processor
Veridax Forge uses PCI-compliant third-party payment processors to handle billing (currently Paystack and Yoco for South African customers, with Ozow for instant EFT). Cancellation requests submitted to us are honoured regardless of which processor handled your original payment.
